- Download the *Guardian Contact Info from PowerSchool for the grade level
- Open it in Google Sheets
- Add the headers for Name and E-mail 1 - Value
- Concatenate the names so they are in the Name column alone
- Export the sheet as a CSV
- Go to contacts.google.com and click Import
- Add a new Label or select one from this class and then choose the CSV you just downloaded
- Click Import and check the label to make sure they are imported correctly
- Send an email to the label and it will expand to all the contacts
