1. Download the *Guardian Contact Info from PowerSchool for the grade level
  2. Open it in Google Sheets
  3. Add the headers for Name and E-mail 1 - Value
  4. Concatenate the names so they are in the Name column alone
  5. Export the sheet as a CSV
  6. Go to contacts.google.com and click Import
  7. Add a new Label or select one from this class and then choose the CSV you just downloaded
  8. Click Import and check the label to make sure they are imported correctly
  9. Send an email to the label and it will expand to all the contacts
