The Hospitality Room has two TVs to project with.  Since this system is owned and operated by the Parish, please check with them first if you are having any issues.  Please test the audio and video before using a new room!

Connecting with HDMI

  1. Turn on the right TV.  Sometimes there is a remote that can be used to turn it on and change the inputs.  Sometimes there is not.  If there is no remote, the buttons are behind the left side of the TV.  Power is the top button:
  2. The Hospitality room does not have a dongle or HDMI cable allocated to this room, you will need to bring one
  3. Plug your HDMI cable into the port below the right TV:
  4. Change the input on the right TV to HDMI 1.  The button is the bottom button behind the left side of the TV:
  5. The audio does not come out of the TV but from the white speakers mounted above them.  The volume can be adjusted by the small black box behind the right TV.  The volume control on the wall above the HDMI port does not do anything:
  6. To have the left TV mirror what is on the right TV, turn it on and change the input to HDMI 4.  This only works if you are plugged into the HDMI port on the wall.
