1. Log in to PowerSchool
  2. Click on System Reports -> Class Rosters (PDF)
  3. For these options start with these values:
    1. Print rosters for, choose the homeroom teachers only.  On a Mac, you have to hold the command button down on your keyboard to select each teacher name individually
    2. Meeting(s) (leave unchecked for all), be sure the HR box is checked
    3. Include students who, select the option are currently enrolled in class
    4. Heading font, select Helvetica
    5. Size, line height, style, choose 16 and Bold
    6. Print heading on, chose All pages
    7. Heading text, insert ^(teachername) ^(*class_expression)
    8. Column title font, select Helvetica
    9. Size, line height, style, choose 14 and Bold
    10. Print column titles on, select All pages
    11. Roster Font, select Helvetica
    12. Size, line height, style, enter 12
    13. Roster columns enter LastFirst\Last Name, First Name
    14. Margins (inches), enter: 
      1. Left 2
      2. Top 0.75
      3. Right 1
      4. Bottom 0.25
  4. Click Submit
  5. In the Report Queue you may need to hit the refresh button if the report doesn't load right away.
  6. Click View
  7. Then, print the rosters.  If you can put them on clip boards and give them to teachers for the disaster drill, that would be great.  They can put them in their emergency bags.
